Ricebrother was inspired by a traditional Chinese street food, originating from Eastern China ‘Zifantuan’ - a Chinese style stuffed sticky rice roll made by tightly wrapping a piece of fried dough stick and pork floss with glutinous rice, usually eaten with sweetened or savoury soy milk.
Our rice base are naturally crimson hued stick variety, which requires pre-soaking a combination of whole grain rice before it’s ready to be steamed. This strong flavourful rice foundation will then hold up against the robust filling it wraps around.
We produce daily homemade freshly squeezed soy milk and soy pudding, using traditional Chinese recipes that are all diary free, having it with our rice roll will enable customers to experience one of the most popular and healthy combinations of breakfast and lunch in China.
